Kerrville, TX (September 2, 2026) – Two pedestrians were hurt after a driver struck them in a McDonald’s parking lot on Monday, August 31. The crash occurred in the 600 block of Sidney Baker St.
A 90-year-old woman was taken to a San Antonio hospital with serious injuries. Her 71-year-old son was also injured and received treatment from emergency units before being released.
The police identified the driver as Jessica Patterson, 43, of Kerrville. She was evaluated after the wreck and arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and two counts of aggravated assault. The investigation into the collision remains underway, with additional details expected as the case develops.
