2 Injured in Crash on Hwy 59 in Detroit Lakes, MN

Joshua Loren McFarland, 25, of Excelsior, was driving the Traverse. His passenger, 18-year-old Kristalyn Shanell Mette, also of Excelsior, was riding with him. Both were reported to have non-life-threatening injuries. Victor Wayne Bachmann, 27, of Frazee, who was driving the Malibu, was reported to have non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the accident remains under investigation as additional details continue to be reviewed.
