Sacramento, CA (July 19, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision caused traffic disruptions on July 19 on the eastbound I-80 at the Madison Avenue off-ramp in Sacramento.
According to dispatch information, the crash was reported around 12:40 p.m. and involved a gray Ford F-150 equipped with a ladder rack and a black Dodge Challenger. The vehicles became entangled, blocking the inside lanes near the off-ramp. One vehicle was reportedly lodged beneath the pickup, making it difficult to separate them.
One person remained inside a vehicle while those at the scene attempted to move another vehicle to a nearby parking lot. A tow truck was later dispatched to remove the Dodge Challenger from the roadway.
The extent of any injuries has not been released, and the people involved have not been publicly identified.
