San Diego, CA (July 22, 2026) – A traffic collision involving three vehicles was reported late on Monday afternoon, July 20, on southbound I-805 near the SR-15 interchange. According to dispatch information, the vehicles included a work van, a gray Honda Civic, and a gray SUV.
The California Highway Patrol reports indicated that three people were involved, including a 9-year-old kid. One of the occupants requested emergency units after reporting high blood pressure and feeling unwell.
