Fresno, CA (September 3, 2026) – Two people were injured after a head-on crash involving two vehicles at W Shields Avenue and N Grantland Avenue in Fresno on Tuesday, September 1.
The crash was reported at approximately 10:14 p.m. A white Audi and an unknown vehicle were involved, with the vehicles blocking the roadway after the collision. Fire personnel later advised that it was a two-vehicle head-on crash and that two patients had minor injuries.
Both injured people were transported for medical treatment. One person was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, while the other was transported by ambulance to a hospital. The incident was initially classified as an unknown-injury crash before being changed to a traffic collision requiring an emergency response.
