Moniteau County, MO (July 10, 2026) – Three people were hurt on Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Shooters Club Road in Moniteau County.
The crash occurred at approximately 11:55 a.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2016 Ram 1500 entered the intersection and failed to yield to an eastbound 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The Silverado struck the driver’s side of the pickup.
The 44-year-old driver of the Silverado, from Elsberry, sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to University Hospital. The 63-year-old driver of the Ram, from California, Missouri, and a 13-year-old passenger from Clarksburg were both treated for minor injuries after being taken to Capital Region Medical Center by private vehicle.
Both vehicles sustained total damage and were removed from the scene by towing services. All occupants involved were reported to have been wearing seat belts. Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
