The collision happened around 7:50 a.m. on January 8. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2002 Dodge Ram heading eastbound crossed the center line and collided with a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox traveling westbound. The Equinox sustained moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene by Missouri Roadside and Recovery, while the Dodge Ram had only minor damage and was able to be driven away.
