Chicago, IL (January 9, 2026) – A three-vehicle crash near W Belmont Ave in the Dunning neighborhood of Chicago resulted in injuries Thursday afternoon, drawing emergency response teams to the parking lot of Tony’s Fresh Market.
The collision occurred shortly before 2:00 p.m. and involved a Toyota, a Honda, and a Hyundai. The vehicles were reported to be blocking traffic in and around the busy shopping center lot. Chicago Fire Department units responded to the scene to assist the injured and manage the congestion caused by the crash.
Paramedics evaluated multiple individuals for injuries on-site, though the extent of those injuries has not been officially confirmed. At least one person was treated by emergency medical personnel, and further transport may have been required based on the condition of those involved.
