The incident occurred around 6:40 p.m. on January 10, prompting immediate response from Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire Department personnel. Upon arrival, first responders located the injured pedestrian and quickly rendered aid at the scene. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
