Memphis, TN (January 12, 2026) – An accident with injuries disrupted traffic early Sunday morning at the intersection of Austin Peay Hwy and I-40 E in Memphis. First responders, including paramedics and fire crews, arrived quickly and provided urgent medical attention to several individuals hurt in the crash, which occurred around 8:10 AM EST on January 11.
