Lexington, KY (January 13, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic collision with injuries late in the morning on January 11 in the 7100 block of Russell Cave Rd. The crash occurred around 11:34 a.m. and involved at least one vehicle, prompting medical response from Lexington Fire and EMS.
Responders arrived to find one individual requiring medical evaluation following the collision. While the extent of the injuries has not been publicly disclosed, the person was treated at the scene and transported if necessary.
Russell Cave Rd experienced a temporary disruption as crews worked to manage traffic and clear the affected area. The roadway, known for being a connector between rural and suburban zones, was partially impacted during the response.
