Louisville, KY (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early on Saturday morning to an injury accident involving a commercial truck and a pickup on Preston Highway near Glen Rose Road in southern Louisville.
The crash occurred around 7:11 a.m. on January 17. According to dispatch communications, the collision involved a red Chevrolet Silverado and a northbound Freightliner truck. Both vehicles sustained damage, and at least one person was reported injured at the scene.
