Palm Desert, CA (January 20, 2026) – A serious multi-vehicle accident led to major injuries Monday night on Varner Rd near Cook St, prompting a large-scale response from local law enforcement and emergency personnel.
The collision occurred in the northern part of Palm Desert, just west of the Classic Club and Acrisure Arena, in proximity to Interstate 10. Authorities reported that three vehicles were involved in the crash, which was classified as a major injury incident due to the severity of the impact and resulting injuries.
