Warren, MI (January 23, 2026) – Emergency responders were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident early on Thursday morning near the intersection of Shainer Ave and Groesbeck Hwy, where at least one person sustained injuries.
The crash occurred at approximately 4:27 a.m. on January 22. Initial reports from dispatch indicated that multiple vehicles were involved in the incident. Police units were already present when medical personnel arrived to provide care. Fortunately, no major injuries were reported.
Emergency crews evaluated those involved and provided treatment for minor injuries at the scene. Traffic was affected temporarily, though part of the roadway remained open and was cleared shortly after the response began.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the collision and will assess whether weather or traffic conditions contributed to the early-morning crash.
