Summerfield, FL (January 25, 2026) – A crash that resulted in injuries and blocked traffic occurred late Saturday afternoon at the intersection of SE 176th St and SE 97th Ct.
The collision took place at approximately 4:51 p.m., drawing a prompt response from Marion County Fire Rescue and local law enforcement. Individuals involved in the crash were treated at the scene, and at least one person sustained injuries that required further medical evaluation.
The roadway was partially blocked following the crash, causing traffic delays as crews worked to assist the injured and remove vehicles from the intersection. The number of vehicles involved and the total number of injured individuals have not yet been confirmed by officials.
