San Francisco, CA (January 27, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched Saturday evening to the 1600 block of Guerrero St in San Francisco following a reported multi-vehicle crash near the intersection with 28th St and San Jose Ave. The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles, one of which reportedly struck a construction trailer.
RA 519 and other emergency units arrived at the scene to assess those involved. Medics evaluated at least one driver who appeared to be uninjured, although full details regarding the number of individuals affected and the extent of vehicle damage remain under review.
