Shreveport, LA (January 29, 2026) – A traffic collision at the intersection of E Bert Kouns Industrial Loop and E Kings Hwy on January 28 resulted in injuries and prompted a response from emergency crews in Shreveport’s Springlake and University Terrace area.
Authorities arrived shortly after the morning incident to find multiple vehicles at the scene and at least one person injured. Medical personnel assessed the individual involved and rendered aid on-site. The severity of the injuries has not yet been officially disclosed.
The crash led to short-term traffic delays in the area as first responders cleared debris and ensured safe passage for other motorists. Vehicles were later removed from the roadway to restore normal traffic flow.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and no further information about contributing factors or driver involvement has been made public.
