Los Angeles, CA (February 1, 2026) – Emergency crews responded late Saturday night to a traffic accident with injuries at the intersection of South Vermont Avenue and West Washington Boulevard in Los Angeles. The crash occurred at approximately 10:16 p.m. on January 31 and involved at least one vehicle with reports of injured occupants.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel arrived quickly and began providing medical care to those hurt in the collision. At least one individual sustained injuries requiring treatment, though the exact number of people injured and the severity of those injuries have not yet been released.
The intersection, located in a densely traveled area just southwest of downtown, was partially impacted as emergency responders worked the scene. The cause of the crash has not been confirmed, and it remains unclear how many vehicles were involved or whether any citations have been issued.
