Dispatch audio confirmed that the incident involved a Nissan Sentra and a black Impala. Officers at the scene reported the Nissan as the struck vehicle, while the black Impala allegedly left the scene. The crash resulted in a 55-year-old man experiencing neck pain, and medical personnel were called in to evaluate his condition.
