How Multi-Vehicle Crashes Can Happen on Busy Roads Like State Road 7
Arterial roads near State Road 7 typically carry steady volumes of traffic. Responders in Lauderhill may restrict lanes to manage the scene and assist those involved.
Multi-vehicle crashes often begin with a sudden change, such as a driver cutting into traffic or braking quickly. When vehicles are traveling close together, one action can quickly involve several others.
Crossing a median can increase the severity of a crash by bringing vehicles into opposing lanes. Traffic density and speed can both influence how many vehicles become involved and how the situation unfolds.
