Lisbon, CT (April 4, 2026) – A man was killed, and another driver was injured in a two-car crash early on Saturday morning on I-395 in Lisbon.
The collision led to the shutdown of both sides of the highway as emergency units responded to the scene. Authorities reported that one of the drivers, identified as Keith Mutch, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials said Mutch was separated from his vehicle during the crash and was found in the center median. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
