Asheville, NC (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Friday afternoon to a two-vehicle crash near Patton Avenue in Asheville that left one person injured. The incident occurred around 2:35 p.m., with Engine Six first arriving on scene to assess the situation.

According to dispatch communications, the vehicles came to rest in the parking lot of a nearby plumbing business. One individual involved in the crash complained of arm pain, prompting the response of EMS units 3 and 41 to provide medical assistance. The full extent of the injuries remains unknown at this time.

Emergency personnel continued to evaluate the scene and provide aid as needed while coordinating with police to manage traffic and investigate the cause of the collision. Details regarding contributing factors have not yet been released.
