Concord, NC (January 10, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle crash with reported injuries Friday afternoon near the Target store on Bayfield Parkway and George Bay Court in the Kannapolis area. The call was initially reported by a passerby who was not present when first responders arrived.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:04 p.m. on January 9. Fire and rescue units, including Engine 7, were dispatched to assist Kannapolis emergency teams with the scene. Responders operated on designated emergency channels as they assessed the crash and searched for injured parties.
