Aurora, CO (January 24, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash with injuries Friday afternoon near the intersection of Alameda Ave and Chambers Rd in Aurora, where one person was reportedly hurt and treated at the scene.
The incident occurred on January 23 at approximately 1:15 p.m. and prompted the response of multiple fire and rescue units. Engine 8, already in the vicinity, arrived on scene and confirmed a motor vehicle accident just south of the intersection.
Initial reports from dispatch indicated that one individual suffered a head injury. Additional details about the victim’s condition or other occupants involved have not been released. Emergency responders remained at the site to assist the injured and manage the flow of traffic through the busy area.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of the crash, which remains under investigation.
