Baltimore, MD (January 27, 2026) – Emergency crews were dispatched early Monday morning to a reported hit-and-run collision with injuries near Royal Court Dr and Windsor Mill Rd in Baltimore.
The crash occurred around 5:20 a.m. and involved a vehicle stopped on the left-hand shoulder of the inner loop. According to dispatch audio, one driver remained at the scene and reported chest pain and difficulty breathing following the deployment of the vehicle’s airbags—injuries consistent with a moderate to severe impact.
