Bexar County, TX (January 20, 2026) – A driver was rushed to the hospital in critical condition following a serious crash involving a tractor-trailer on the far west side of Bexar County Monday morning. The collision occurred in the 4300 block of Talley Rd, prompting a swift response from sheriff’s deputies and emergency medical teams around 10 a.m.
Emergency medical services rendered immediate care at the scene before transporting the injured driver to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The tractor-trailer driver was not reported injured in the incident. Deputies remained on-site for an extended period to investigate the circumstances of the collision and manage the surrounding traffic.
