Bloomington, IN (January 14, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic accident with injuries outside the Dollar General located in South Walnut Square on January 13. The incident occurred shortly before 11:00 a.m. near the intersection of South Walnut Street Pike, West Country Club Dr, and East Winslow Rd.
Engine 5 and Rescue 2 were among the units dispatched to the scene, where at least one vehicle was involved in a crash in the store’s parking lot or immediate vicinity. The accident resulted in reported injuries, though the extent and number of individuals hurt have not been officially released.
