Bloomington, IN (January 28, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a pickup truck with reported injuries on January 27 near the ramp from State Road 37 and Monroe Dam Rd. The incident occurred just north of the Monroe Dam Rd exit and involved significant front-end damage to the vehicle.
Units from Engine 21, Rescue 22, and Battalion 12 arrived at the scene after the collision was reported around 4:03 p.m. The vehicle, described as a south-facing pickup truck, required emergency assistance due to the severity of the impact.
An ambulance was requested to provide medical support, though the exact number of injured individuals and the extent of injuries have not yet been publicly confirmed. Responders worked to secure the area and manage traffic around the crash scene, which affected access to the I-69 ramp.
