Boston, MA (May 14, 2026) – A 24-year-old woman died, and three other people were injured after a boat crash in Boston Harbor late Wednesday night, May 13. The accident happened near Runway 4R Pier at Boston Logan International Airport around 11:20 p.m.
According to reports, a twin-engine recreational boat struck the pier with four people on board. The group included one man and three women. Emergency units responded to the scene and rescued the victims from shoreline rocks in difficult nighttime conditions.
All four people were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment. Officials later confirmed that one of the women died from her injuries. The remaining three victims are expected to survive.
