New Britain, CT (August 14, 2026) – Two people were injured, and a dog died after an early morning house fire at 77 Dennis Drive. The fire was reported at approximately 4:07 a.m.
The fire originated in the breezeway of the single-family home. Crews brought it under control in less than an hour.
Two people were taken to a hospital with injuries. The report did not describe the severity of their conditions or provide additional information about their identities. One dog died as a result of the fire.
