Brighton, WI (January 24, 2026) – A three-vehicle crash occurred early on January 22 in the 23000 block of STH 142 (Burlington Rd) in the Town of Brighton, resulting in one driver being transported for medical care, according to local emergency reports.
The Kansasville Fire & Rescue Department, along with deputies from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, responded to the scene just before 7:00 a.m. All vehicles involved were found upright and positioned along the north ditch line of the roadway. Mutual aid was requested from the Paris Fire Department to support the response.
Westbound traffic was blocked at 224th Ave and eastbound at 240th Ave while emergency personnel assessed the scene and ensured safe working conditions. Paramedics evaluated all parties involved. One driver was transported by a Paris ambulance for additional care, while the remaining occupants declined further treatment after being assessed by KFRD medical personnel.
Kenosha County authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
