Stuart, FL (August 8, 2026) – A woman was hospitalized with traumatic injuries after a two-vehicle crash sent her car into a business on S.E. Indian Street in Stuart on Thursday afternoon, August 6. The crash occurred at about 4:12 p.m.
Surveillance footage showed a silver sedan with heavy damage to the driver’s side traveling through the business parking lot before striking a pillar. A man in the passenger seat then exited the vehicle and went to check on the driver. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The building did not suffer structural damage, though the storefront sustained cosmetic damage. The circumstances that led to the crash remain under review. We are thinking of the injured woman and wishing her strength during her recovery.
