Cass Co, MO (February 4, 2026) – An accident involving two southbound vehicles led to reported injuries on Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Route J and 203rd St in Cass County. The collision occurred around 12:52 p.m., drawing attention from local authorities and emergency medical services.
Preliminary details indicate that a 2006 Honda CR-V and a 2020 GMC Terrain were both traveling southbound when the incident took place. The Honda struck the rear of the GMC under circumstances that remain under review. The impact resulted in moderate damage to the Honda, which required towing from the scene, while the GMC sustained minor damage and was able to leave under its own power.
Individuals involved in the accident were evaluated at the location. Two adult females in the GMC were found to be suffering from a variety of injuries. After being assessed by paramedics, both declined further medical treatment. No additional transports were reported.
