Charlotte, NC (January 10, 2026) – Emergency responders were dispatched Wednesday evening to a traffic collision involving injuries at the intersection of Johnston Rd and Providence Rd West in Charlotte.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:38 p.m. on January 8. According to dispatch communications, one of the drivers involved reported striking her head during the collision, prompting the request for a medic unit. First responders arrived shortly after and began assessing the situation.
Initial reports indicated that a sedan sustained heavy rear-end damage, suggesting a significant impact. Paramedics provided medical attention at the scene, and the driver who reported a head injury was evaluated for further care. No additional injuries were confirmed at the time of response.
