Jefferson County, MO (August 20, 2026) – A collision involving two vehicles injured both drivers on Monday afternoon, August 17, on MO-B north of Cedar Hill Road in Jefferson County. The incident happened at approximately 12:14 p.m.
A 22-year-old Arnold man was driving a 2003 Dodge 1500 southbound when the vehicle crossed the center line. A northbound 2017 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 44-year-old St. Louis man swerved to avoid the Dodge, but the two vehicles collided. The front left of the Dodge struck the front left of the Silverado.
Both vehicles sustained total damage and were towed from the scene. The 22-year-old driver suffered serious injuries, while the 44-year-old driver sustained moderate injuries. Both drivers were taken to Mercy Hospital South for treatment. We hope those injured recover fully and quickly.
