Kennewick, WA (July 5, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to an injury crash involving entrapment at the intersection of North Edison Street and SR 240 in Kennewick on Friday, July 3.
The collision was reported at about 10:07 a.m. and involved a red pickup truck and a white sedan. Officials confirmed that one person was trapped inside a vehicle following the crash. The patient was reported to be conscious and breathing as responders worked to reach and assist them. Medics and police were dispatched to the scene to provide aid and manage traffic in the area.
The extent of additional injuries has not been released. The roadway experienced delays while emergency crews remained on scene.
