Antioch, CA (September 3, 2026) – A crash involving two vehicles and injuries was reported on Tuesday, September 1, on the eastbound State Route 4 off-ramp at Hillcrest Avenue in Antioch.
The crash was reported at approximately 8:52 p.m. and was blocking the left-turn lane on the off-ramp. A red Chevrolet TrailBlazer and a white GMC pickup truck were involved in the collision.
The incident was initially classified as an unknown-injury crash before being upgraded to a major-injury collision. It was later changed to a traffic collision requiring an emergency response, and emergency medical personnel were requested at the scene.
