The collision occurred on January 12 at approximately 5:45 p.m. near the intersection of Cemetery Rd and Greenspring Rd. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital, but shortly afterward, the Cumberland County Coroner was called to the scene, indicating the severity of the victim’s condition.
Local officials have since confirmed that the pedestrian did not survive. The identity of the deceased has been released by the coroner, though details surrounding the cause of the crash have not yet been made public.
