Danbury, CT (January 26, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Triangle St and White St early on Sunday morning resulted in at least one person being injured, according to emergency dispatch information.
The incident was reported on January 25 at approximately 12:41 a.m. Emergency responders, including units A1 and A2, were dispatched to the scene where a traffic collision had occurred under unknown circumstances. Upon arrival, medical teams evaluated at least one individual who sustained injuries as a result of the crash.
Fire personnel assisted with securing the area and supporting the medical response while EMS teams treated the injured party. It has not yet been confirmed whether transport to a hospital was required, and no additional details about the vehicles involved have been made available.
Danbury authorities have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the crash. The roadway was partially affected for a short period as crews worked to clear the scene.
