Dayton, OH (January 26, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Saturday evening to a traffic accident with reported injuries at the intersection of Burkhardt Ave and South Smithville Rd in Dayton.

The crash occurred at approximately 6:02 p.m. on January 24 and involved at least one person who sustained injuries. According to dispatch communications, Ladder 18 and additional fire and medical units were dispatched to assist at the scene.
