St. Louis, MO (July 18, 2026) – A 32-year-old man died following a three-vehicle crash on Thursday night on northbound Lilac Road, north of Chambers Road in St. Louis, around 9:02 p.m. on July 16.
According to preliminary information, the driver of one vehicle attempted to pass another before crossing the center line. The vehicle first collided with an oncoming vehicle before sliding into a third vehicle. The 32-year-old driver was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A 70-year-old driver involved in the crash suffered serious injuries, while a 14-year-old passenger in the third vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, with more information expected to be released later.
