Denver, CO (February 1, 2026) – A devastating collision involving three vehicles occurred Saturday evening at the intersection of Sheridan Blvd and Morrison Rd, leaving one person dead and three others injured, according to the Denver Police Department.
Authorities reported that the crash took place in the Westwood neighborhood, prompting a significant emergency response. First responders arrived swiftly and confirmed that one individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. Three additional people sustained injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for further medical care.
Due to the severity of the incident, Sheridan Blvd has been closed in both directions from Morrison Rd to Kentucky Ave as investigators work to determine the cause of the crash and clear the scene. Motorists were urged to use alternate routes to avoid the area.
