Hillside, IL (July 31, 2026) – A driver lost their life in a two-vehicle rollover accident early on Thursday morning, July 30, at the intersection of Manheim Road and Washington. The collision resulted in a road closure that officials said was expected to last for several hours.
Investigators said one vehicle rolled over after striking another car that was making a turn. The driver of the overturned vehicle died. The person’s identity had not been released at the time of publication.
The investigation into the cause of the wreck is continuing as investigators gather additional evidence. We extend our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the person who lost their life.
