What Is Typically Reviewed After a Rollover Accident?
Rollover accidents often involve a detailed examination of vehicle movement before and after the collision. Investigators may review roadway markings, vehicle damage, final resting positions, and physical evidence to determine how the rollover occurred. Traffic controls, visibility, weather, and the direction of travel can also provide useful information. In crashes involving turning vehicles, the timing and path of each vehicle may help explain the sequence of events. These findings are combined with witness statements and other available evidence to build a clearer picture of how the roadway accident unfolded.
