St. Petersburg, FL (September 1, 2026) – A man riding an e-bike was hurt after a Honda Accord struck him early on Monday morning in St. Petersburg.
The collision happened shortly after 1 a.m. in the 200 block of 34th St N, according to police. The man was traveling northbound on the e-bike when the Honda hit him.
The driver got out of the Honda and fled on foot, according to the initial report. The suspect had not been found as of Monday morning.
The e-bike rider suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. His identity was not released.
