St. Charles, MO (September 1, 2026) – A two-vehicle accident left a 54-year-old woman moderately injured on August 31 on Missouri 364 westbound, just west of Mid Rivers Mall Dr. The accident occurred around 2:25 p.m.
The woman was driving a 2020 Nissan Armada when traffic became congested, and she slowed down. A 42-year-old man driving a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan was following too closely and struck the rear of the Armada.
Emergency crews took the woman to Progress West Hospital for treatment. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. The Nissan was driven from the location, while the Dodge Grand Caravan sustained extensive damage and was towed away. The investigation into the collision remains underway, with additional details expected as the review continues.
