Lockeford, CA (September 9, 2026) – An elderly driver was hurt in a three-vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of State Route 12 and State Route 88.
The California Highway Patrol reported the collision around 4:50 p.m. at the intersection. A white pickup truck, green Toyota RAV4, and black Toyota sedan were involved.
The elderly driver of the white pickup truck appeared to be injured. CHP initially requested medical assistance, then reclassified the collision as a minor-injury collision.
The vehicles blocked eastbound lanes following the collision. Tow service was requested, and the roadway reopened after crews cleared the vehicles. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
