Fallbrook, CA (January 16, 2026) – At least one person sustained injuries following a two-vehicle collision on East Mission Rd in Fallbrook on Wednesday afternoon, according to local authorities.
The crash was reported around 2:56 p.m. on January 14, near the intersection of Rancho De Loma Rd. Initial reports indicate that two sedans were involved in the collision, though the exact circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
