Memphis, TN (July 3, 2026) – Five people were injured, including one man who suffered critical injuries, in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon in South Memphis.
According to the Memphis Police Department, officers responded to the collision at approximately 4:20 p.m. on July 1, in the 220 block of East McLemore Avenue.
Authorities said one adult male sustained critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital. His age has not been released. Two other men and two women were also taken to area hospitals with injuries that were described as non-critical.
Police have not released details about what led to the crash or the types of vehicles involved.
