Lebanon Borough, NJ (June 21, 2026) – Five people suffered moderate injuries after an SUV left Interstate 78 and overturned on Friday afternoon, June 19, in Lebanon Borough.
The crash occurred at approximately 2:49 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 78 near milepost 21.1. According to a preliminary investigation, a Toyota SUV was traveling west when the driver lost control. The SUV traveled off the right side of the highway, became airborne, passed through a fence, and overturned in the parking lot of 600 Corporate Drive.
Rescue teams responded to the scene and assisted the occupants. The driver and four passengers sustained moderate injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Additional details regarding their conditions were not immediately available. We wish those involved a swift recovery.
