West Pikeland, PA (June 21, 2026) – A serious head-on crash with multiple injuries was reported on Friday afternoon, June 19, along southbound Route 113 just south of Clover Mill Road in West Pikeland Township.
Emergency units were dispatched to the scene at approximately 5:04 p.m. Initial reports indicated a head-on collision with several people hurt and multiple occupants trapped inside the involved vehicles. Early information also suggested that at least two children may have suffered serious injuries.
By 5:13 p.m., responders confirmed that four people were injured and that two occupants remained trapped. Rescue crews carried out a series of extrications, with the first completed at 5:18 p.m. and the second at 5:23 p.m. A fifth EMS unit was later requested to assist at the scene.
Responders subsequently discovered a third trapped person, and that extrication was completed at approximately 5:42 p.m. Additional details regarding the victims’ conditions and the circumstances leading to the collision were not immediately available.
